Calm shopping experience. I highly recommend.
Wanted to checkout in automotive, were there 20 minutes before the auto department was to close. Waiting to check out 20 minutes. Called the store itself...to get an associate to check us..used the alert device..stopped an associate...called the store again and heard them page the associate in automotive. Had just told them no one was there. Asked for the manager and heard them page electronic department. Finally someone came. We park there and checkout because my friend is disabled.
Wal-Mart Boonville has a huge customer service sucks. 9 people ahead of me when I arrived and by time I got to counter there was 10 people behind me. There was no call for help. Disappointed!
They have a decent selection. They often have too few lanes open. They have better prices than other Wal-Mart's in the area. They do not have the widest variety though. Overall not bad but not great thus the 3 star rating.
Everything you want or need in one place. Quick in and out shopping. Not to crowded, and if so, there are self checkout stations. Red box is at this location. Pharmacy is conveniently located near front of store. Automotive service center will work on your vehicle while you shop. Coin star in store. Have a new pick up area for your online purchases. Conveniently located between Evansville and Boonville. Easy access in and out from main highway.
