BECAUSE THESE GUYS WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH . JUNIOR WAS TOLD TO TELL ME THAT DAY BEFORE I CAME IN THE VEHICLE WAS REBUILT BUT HE NEVER DID. HE IS A SHADY CHARACTER AND I ADVISE NEVER TO DEAL WITH HIM.
THE ISSUE WAS THEY BRING OUT A PAPER SAYING THE TRUCK IS A REBUILT VEHICLE AND TITLE BRANDED. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP BEFORE ANY TYPE OF PRICE NEGOTIATION STARTS. IT'S ILLEGAL NOT TO DISCLOSE.
Three weeks later I received a text from Junior saying I need to come in and sign a paper and

Mr. Joiner was informed of the issue with the title as soon as it was made apparent to us. We are not always made aware by the trading customer that a vehicle has a branded title. When Mr. Joiner came in to the dealership he was made aware of the issue, at which time we offered to purchase the vehicle back from him for the full price that he paid for it ( $1100). He did not want us to buy it back and instead insisted on getting the price lowered, which we did. We did everything we could to accommodate Mr. Joiner and at the time he was seemingly pleased. At no time did he ever say he didn't give a sh--. He obviously just wanted to complain online with no regard for the truth. We have a very respectable staff and his review is both unfair and untrue.

My father bought a Used Vechicle that had ate up Brakes, busted Water Pump, broken Motor Mounts & leaks all over. The SUV literally broke down on his way out to Colorado & they were STRANDED in St. Louis for 2 days while it got fixed the FIRST time. I called & reported it. They told my father when they finally got around to calling him back (after me calling FOUR TIMES) that I said THE ENGINE blew up & did NOTHING. (Massive Lie) When the new $1500 Bill of Repairs came a few days ago I called yet again as this car was KNOWINGLY bought for my 18 year old daughter. A salesman by the name of "Charlie" HUNG UP on me when I reported further repairs needed & how they could in Good Faith sell this Vechicle without a 5 Point Inspection. Sick Dirty Liars. Karma will Roll to UnLawful Snake Oil Salesmen just out to make a Buck & SHAME on this Lemon Company!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
