There was a line around to the entrance;but, it moved quickly. It was an hour before the Christmas parade. :-)

Had a $1 small caramel macchiato deal on the app, their scanner apparently never works, I tried to use it yesterday, and the scanner didn’t work so they just took it off my order, which is nice. The next day I tried again. Scanner wasn’t working, and this time, there were 2 girls at the register, one said, “Just take it off for her” she said, “no I’m not gonna do that, it’s for a $1, not free” they kept arguing and I said that they just took it off for me last time and I wouldn’t have even ordered it if I had known the scanner wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get the deal. She just continued saying she’s not gonna do that, so I had to pay for something I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if I had known the coupon wouldn’t work. And the coupon expires today, so I didn’t even get to use it. I told the second window that one girl is saying take it off, the other is arguing that she won’t do that, and that it isn’t fair for customers to hear one employee saying you can, and the other saying she won’t. They didn’t seem to care.
There was no synchronization with getting hot food to the drive thru window. Must have gotten the end of a batch. What else can you expect from McDonald's? Maybe don't make so many burgers for your rush? Not that me writing this could cause a change or anything. Typical McDonald's. I'm sure the burgers are great when they don't have a long line of cars. Should have gotten breakfast. Can't go wrong with breakfast. Maybe next time.
I have NEVER had a mistake on an order, though I've only been through the drive thru. Service is great and fast considering. I would consider this store a gold standard for McDonald's.
